To the fullest extent permitted by law, rr99's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the 12 months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after verification. Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
