Our Story
rr99 was born from a simple observation: Indonesian players deserved an online gaming platform that truly understood their needs. While international gambling sites offered extensive game libraries, they often fell short when it came to local payment methods, Indonesian-speaking support, and content tailored to Indonesian sports and gaming preferences. We set out to change that.
Founded by a team of gaming industry veterans and technology entrepreneurs, rr99 launched with a clear mission: to become Indonesia's premier online entertainment destination by combining world-class gaming experiences with deep local market expertise. From day one, we prioritized the features that matter most to Indonesian players—instant deposits through BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri; comprehensive coverage of BRI Liga 1 alongside international football; customer service in both Indonesian and English; and support for beloved local games like togel (Indonesia's traditional lottery) and sabung ayam (cockfighting).
Today, rr99 serves thousands of satisfied players across Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Yogyakarta, and every corner of the Indonesian archipelago. Our platform processes millions of Rupiah in daily transactions, hosts hundreds of live casino tables, and offers betting markets on thousands of sporting events every month. But despite our growth, we've never lost sight of what made us successful in the first place: an unwavering commitment to Indonesian players and their unique preferences.
What sets rr99 apart is our holistic approach to online gaming. We don't just offer games—we create a complete entertainment ecosystem. Our sports betting section covers everything from local BRI Liga 1 matches featuring Persija Jakarta and Persib Bandung to international tournaments like the English Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, and FIFA World Cup. Our bandar bola (football bookmaker) platform is specifically designed for Indonesian betting preferences, with Asian handicap markets, mix parlay (accumulator) options, and live in-play betting on all major matches.
In our casino section, players find hundreds of slot games—including the highly sought-after slot gacor (hot slots) with high RTP percentages—alongside live dealer tables for blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and more. Our live casino uses cutting-edge streaming technology to deliver an immersive experience that rivals any land-based casino, all accessible from the comfort of your home or on the go via mobile.
But rr99 is more than just games and bets. We're built on a foundation of trust, security, and responsible gaming. Every transaction on our platform is protected by bank-grade encryption. Our games are certified for fairness by independent testing agencies. We hold international gaming licenses that require us to maintain the highest standards of player protection and operational integrity. When you play at rr99, you can be confident that you're in safe hands.
Our Mission
At rr99, our mission is threefold: to provide unparalleled entertainment, to serve the Indonesian gaming community with integrity and respect, and to promote responsible gaming practices at every level of our operation.
Entertainment Excellence: We believe online gaming should be thrilling, varied, and accessible. That's why we continually expand our game library, add new sports betting markets, and upgrade our platform technology to deliver the smoothest possible user experience. Whether you're spinning slots at 2 AM or placing a live bet on a Champions League match, rr99 delivers seamless performance.
Indonesian-First Approach: Unlike generic international platforms, rr99 is built specifically for Indonesian players. We accept Rupiah natively, support all major Indonesian banks and e-wallets (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay), operate on Western Indonesia Time (WIB), and maintain 24/7 customer service with Indonesian-speaking agents who understand local banking systems and cultural context. We sponsor Indonesian football content creators, adjust our promotional calendar for Indonesian holidays like Ramadan and Idul Fitri, and feature prominently local sports like BRI Liga 1 and Timnas Indonesia (Garuda) matches.
Responsible Gaming Commitment: We take our responsibility to players seriously. rr99 provides comprehensive responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. We enforce a strict 21+ age restriction with mandatory identity verification. Our customer service team is trained to recognize problem gambling behaviors and provide appropriate support resources. We believe that gaming should always remain entertainment, never become a problem.
Our Values
Integrity: We operate with complete transparency. Our game RTPs are publicly displayed, our bonus terms are clearly explained upfront with no hidden conditions, and our financial transactions are fully audited. We never misrepresent odds, delay legitimate withdrawals, or engage in any deceptive practices. When Indonesian players trust rr99 with their money and time, we honor that trust absolutely.
Innovation: The online gaming industry evolves rapidly, and rr99 evolves with it. We continuously invest in platform improvements, whether that's faster payment processing, more betting markets, better mobile optimization, or emerging technologies like cryptocurrency integration. Our development team monitors player feedback closely and implements requested features regularly.
Community: rr99 isn't just a platform—it's a community of Indonesian gaming enthusiasts. We foster this community through loyalty programs that reward regular players, VIP tiers with exclusive benefits, and engagement with Indonesian sports and gaming culture. When Persija Jakarta faces Persib Bandung in a crucial Liga 1 match, rr99 players are right there in the action with us.
Security: In an age of data breaches and online fraud, security is paramount. rr99 employs multiple layers of protection: SSL encryption for all data transmission, two-factor authentication for account access, regular security audits by independent firms, and strict compliance with international data protection standards. Your personal and financial information is safer with rr99 than with most traditional businesses.
Fair Play: Every game on rr99 uses certified random number generators to ensure fair outcomes. Our sports betting odds are competitively set and transparently displayed. We never manipulate game results or betting markets. When you win at rr99, you receive your full payout promptly with no excuses or delays. Fair play isn't just a value—it's how we do business.
